This is an exciting opportunity for a Proposal Specialist to join a winning team, with one of Canada�s leading Business law firms!

Our client, a leading business law firm, is seeking a Proposal Specialist to join the Client Development team of this prestigious and forward-thinking firm.

Ensuring efficient and timely delivery of RFP materials, the Proposal Specialist will be an essential member of the team responsible for the actual writing and editing of complex, high-value proposals.

Responsibilities Include:

� Preparing proposal/credential documents using firm templates, customizing as appropriate;
� Preparing proposal outlines to adhere to RFP compliance;
� Assisting in project managing bid opportunities;
� Arranging for the production and delivery of proposal/credential packages;
� Maintaining and updating proposal database and tracking materials;
� Coordinating representative work for proposal/credential packages;
� Proofreading diverse business development documents for clarity and accuracy;
� Ensuring master content files are up to date; and
� Working flexible hours, as required.


You are the ideal candidate if you:

� Have University/College Diploma (preferably in marketing or communications)
� Have a Minimum of 5 Years Relevant Experience in the legal or professional services industry;
� Have Proposal writing, editing and formatting experience � is required!
� Are proficient in Microsoft Office including: Word, PowerPoint, MS Outlook and Excel;
� Have experience with: iManage, Sharepoint, inDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, HTML, InterAction is an asset;
� Are extremely well organized with excellent attention to detail and time management skills;
� Have the ability to develop and maintain sound and cordial working relationships;
� Are a pro-active thinker with the ability and willingness to listen and to influence;
� Are able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, highly demanding environment;
� Exceptional Written/Oral communication and Interpersonal skills;
� Are able to work well within a team setting and independently;
� French language skills are an asset
