With its diverse clientele ranging from entrepreneurs to major Canadian and US-based corporations, the team has become the trusted boutique for high level litigation matters and strategic dispute resolution advice.

This is an opportunity for a SENIOR LITIGATION ASSOCIATE to work alongside an experienced team of practitioners many of whom were former partners and or chairs of litigation groups of Canada’s largest National law firms. With its open-door policy, and team based environment, you will get to work on high level dispute resolution matters with the guidance and support of a truly exceptionally talented team of litigators.

As part of this sophisticated team, you will be integral to the firm and have the opportunity to work on various civil litigation matters.

The successful candidate will work on large, complex and/or high-profile disputes, and they routinely manage intricate, multi-party litigation and document-intensive cases.

Given the nature of the cases and their complexity and the small cohesive atmosphere of the firm, you will be involved in all aspects of the case from day one.

• Contract disputes
• Corporate disputes
• Fraud and conspiracy claims
• Securities litigation
• Commercial real estate disputes
• Environment litigation
• Commercial arbitration, intellectual property issues
• Employment litigation matters
• Entertainment law



The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 3 years prior litigation experience gained at a large national law firm or specialized litigation boutique
• Varied civil litigation experience with an emphasis on business and securities litigation matters
• Produces high quality work product
• Self-confident
• Willing to learn and work as a team
• Ability to step in and have direct involvement from day one
• Sharpness, understands the law
