Our client, a global provider of workflow solutions, is looking to add a Solutions Specialist to its litigation services team. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for ensuring that our client’s litigation solutions are used throughout Canadian law firms as well as government and corporate legal groups.
This role involves:
-developing and implementing sales strategy plans to exceed revenue targets
-developing key contacts and business relationships
-managing customer needs and issues
-negotiating pricing and contracts
-analyzing market research to evaluate ongoing market requirements
-keeping yourself and account executives up to speed on internal and competitive offerings for all products, pricing, and solutions
-keeping abreast of new developments in the field through participation at professional development and educational programs
Requirements:
