| Our client, a Canadian leader in commercial development is looking to expand its team of lawyers by adding a commercial leasing lawyer to its Toronto office. Reporting to the VP, Associate Counsel, the Commercial Leasing Lawyer will be involved with drafting and negotiating leases, providing strategic recommendations to the management team regarding long-term success of each project.
Requirements:
You are the ideal candidate if you:
have 1-4 years of experience in commercial leasing
have experience drafting and negotiating leases
have strong problem solving skills and a good head for business
have solid communication and interpersonal skills
