Our client, a Toronto based commercial real estate brokerage firm, specializing exclusively in tenant representation, is looking to expand its team.
As a new business development representative you will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with new clients and then negotiating lease transactions. Your clients will be large organizations that are looking to renew, renegotiate, or relocate their leased office or industrial space.
