Our client, a market leader in software supply to the telecom industry, is looking to expand its legal department.
Reporting to the General Counsel, the Legal Counsel will assist with all legal matters including: IT and licensing, securities, employment, and general corporate/commercial matters.
Requirements:
You are the ideal candidate if you:
have 1-5 years of relevant experience
have experience drafting and negotiating software agreements
have excellent decision making and presentation skills
have strong problem solving skills and a good head for business
have solid communication and interpersonal skills
