Our Client, a large national corporation is looking to add a Labour Relations professional to its Toronto team.
Reporting to the Director, Labour Relations, you will be responsible for providing day to day direction, advice and guidance to management and HR personnel.
Your role wide range of Labour Relations matters including: negotiations, grievances, arbitrations, interpretations. You will develop and maintain build strong working relationships with both senior management and senior union officials.
Requirements:
You are the ideal candidate if you:
have 3-5 years experience in labour law
have experience doing negotiations
have good knowledge of applicable labour legislation
have good written and oral communication skills
have strong problem solving skills
have solid interpersonal skills with the ability to create strong relationships with stakeholders
bilingualism is an asset
