Our client, a global consulting firm focused on human capital and financial management is expanding. They are looking to add a Legal Consultant/Pension Lawyer to their team.
In this role you will be responsible for preparing documentation, consulting on pension issues and plan design, and liaising with government authorities and other pension and benefit professionals. You will also deal with employment standards and human rights issues, severance packages, executive arrangements and other HR matters. The role involves direct involvement with clients.
Requirements:
You are the ideal candidate if you:
-have 3-6 years of related experience
-have experience in pension and employee benefits law
-have strong writing, research and communication skills
-have exceptional analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex information
-have exceptional client focus
-have strong professional acumen
have excellent presentation skills
-are highly organized, and have the ability to take initiative and be independent
