Our client, one of the world?s leading, innovative consulting firms is seeking pension lawyers to help further grow its team in Toronto.
Reporting to the Unit Head, Canadian Law and Tax Practice, you will be responsible for working in a multidisciplinary team and providing advice and support services on a wide range of issues including governance, design, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and privacy.
Your time will be spent involved in a variety of activities including client work, seminars, writing etc.
Requirements:
You are the ideal candidate if you:
-have experience in pension and benefits law, tax or trust law or related areas
-have excellent verbal and written communication skills
-have strong organizations skills and attention to detail
-are able to build strong relationships with internal and external clients
