Lindsay Traves

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, Lindsay recruits legal and adjacent professionals across a broad range of mandates. She partners closely with clients and candidates throughout every stage of the hiring process to ensure the right person is placed in the right role at the right time. Lindsay works with law firms and a diverse range of organizations to place talent in private practice, in-house, executive, and non-traditional legal roles.

Relationship building is central to Lindsay’s approach. She is known for her thoughtful, strategic guidance and her commitment to developing long-term, trusted partnerships.

Prior to joining Life After Law, Lindsay practiced law before transitioning into recruitment. She has worked within large agencies as well as in-house at a global technology company and a law firm. This breadth of experience gives her a nuanced understanding of client needs and enables her to provide practical, informed career insight to candidates.

Lindsay’s combined experience as both a lawyer and recruiter makes her a valuable strategic partner to hiring managers and job seekers alike.
