Requirements:
  
The ideal candidate will:
  
• Be a member in good standing of the Quebec Bar;
• Have a minimum of 10 years of pertinent tax experience;
• Have strong drafting, negotiating, analytical & interpersonal skills;
• Have solid business acumen and strong client facing abilities;
• Have demonstrable leadership experience and be able to delegate
to juniors and staff; and
• Be able to work well independently as well as within a team.
