Overview

Excellent opportunity for a Commercial and Civil Litigation Partner to join a well established and respected full service law firm with a robust Litigation Practice Group. This is an exciting opportunity to join a strong and dynamic team of leading practitioners in a collaborative environment.


Job Description: 

You will be a key participant in and integral to the department, which handles complex litigation matters and you will work with seasoned lawyers in the field and be involved in sophisticated litigation matters across a variety of industries.

Requirements:


The successful candidate will:

  • Have a law degree and be a member in good standing of the Quebec Bar;
  • Have a minimum of 10 years experience in commercial and civil litigation matters;
  • Have strong communication abilities (oral and written) and interpersonal skills;
  • Be a team player and have the ability to work independently and be resourceful;
  • Provide strategic guidance and handle competing priorities; 
  • Have strong business acumen and client relationship skills;
  • Be perseverant and strive for excellence; and
  • Be Bilingual (English and French).
