Job Description:

Responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage complex securities transactions, including public offerings, private placements, and M&A.
- Advise on continuous disclosure, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance matters.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to public companies and high-growth businesses.
- Foster strong client relationships and actively contribute to business development initiatives.
- Mentor junior lawyers and support internal knowledge development.
- Opportunity for leadership within the Business Law Group.
The successful candidate will have:
- A JD or LLB and be a member in good standing of the Bar of British Columbia
- 10 + years of experience practicing securities and public company corporate law.
- Strong knowledge of TSX, TSXV, and/or CSE regulatory environments
- A proven ability to handle complex transactions independently.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and interest in growing a practice within a supportive firm culture.
