Job Description:
 
Working alongside leading practitioners, many of whom are ranked by Benchmark Litigation, Best Lawyers in Canada, Chambers Canada, and Lexpert, you will be representing a broad range of clients including private individuals, large institutional organizations, emerging businesses, and mature companies.
 
Responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage complex securities transactions, including public offerings, private placements, and M&A.
• Advise on continuous disclosure, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance matters.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to public companies and high-growth businesses.
• Foster strong client relationships and actively contribute to business development initiatives.
• Mentor junior lawyers and support internal knowledge development.
• Opportunity for leadership within the Business Law Group.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:
 
The successful candidate will have:

• A JD or LLB and be a member in good standing of the Bar of British Columbia
• 10 + years of experience practicing securities and public company corporate law.
• Strong knowledge of TSX, TSXV, and/or CSE regulatory environments
• A proven ability to handle complex transactions independently.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and interest in growing a practice within a supportive firm culture.
