This lawyer will be involved in various aspects of complex corporate files at this leading law firm.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will:

•Be a member in good standing of the Ontario Bar;
•Have approximately 3-5 years of strong corporate transactional experience;
•Have excellent client focus and business acumen;
•Be able to produce a high quality work product;
•Be able to multitask and effectively handle competing priorities; and
•Be able to work independently and as a team.
