They are looking for dynamic corporate/commercial/technology lawyers to help build out their automated contract review product, as Legal Product Managers.


Responsibilities

The role will include:

• Using your legal knowledge and experience, and applying it during customer build and implementations;
• Serving as the main point of contact with customers during implementation of initial and follow-on use cases of company products;
• Leveraging data, analyzing customer behavior and communicating regularly with customers to understand customer needs;
• Developing AI product configuration specifications, production timetables, and time-integrated plans for product introduction;
• Collaborating with the software development team, the sales team and other internal stakeholders involved in the company’s product implementations;
• Facilitating customer-side change management processes to ensure successful adoption of company products;
• Interfacing with customers to find ways in which the company can provide additional value and then work with our development teams to turn those ideas into reality.

Requirements

You are the ideal candidate if you have/are:

• A JD/ LLB, with a strong academic record and a track record of success;
• 1-2 years of corporate, technology or general commercial law experience including commercial contracting, due diligence, M&A;
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong leadership, organizational and execution skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and presentation skills
• Strong attention-to-detail;
• Exceptional client service skills
• Excited about building a team and culture from the ground up and taking pride in your work
• Interest in the intersection of law and technology
• Experience with PowerPoint, Excel and/or project management software preferred;
