This boutique firm focused on workplace law is seeking to add an Employment Law Associate with 2-5 years of experience to their growing team.

It is an exceptional opportunity for a more junior lawyer to gain excellent mentorship and training from BC’s leading litigators with ample room for growth.


Responsibilities

As part of this collegial team, the successful candidate will advise on Employer and Employee, Employment litigation, Labour Law (both union and non-union), Human Rights matters, Privacy Law and General Commercial Litigation. The firm also provides mediation and investigation services.

Requirements

The successful candidate will:
- Be admitted to the British Columbia Bar;
- Have between 2 and 5 years of workplace (employment/labour/commercial) law experience
- Have excellent academic credentials
- Be a true team player, and committed to client service excellence
