Overview
This is an amazing opportunity to join the Vancouver office of one of Canada's leading National law firms.Working alongside award winning practitioners, you will gain experience on cutting edge, highly complex Corporate and Securities transactions.
The ideal candidate:
- Is a member in good standing of the Bar of British Columbia (or another Canadian jurisdiction)
- Has excellent academic records
- Has 1-2 years of experience in both private corporate and public/securities transactional matters gained at a leading law firm or specialized boutique.
- Is client-focused and able to work in a fast paced, busy practice
