This family law lawyer will have the opportunity to further develop their skills working on an array of interesting and diverse family law matters, such as: divorce, child custody and support, spousal support, division of assets, adoption, pension, mediation and dispute resolution. The successful candidate will continue to grow and develop their practice and work on sophisticated matters in dynamic and collaborative environment that strive for excellence.
Requirements:
The ideal candidates will have/be:
- An LL.B/ JD, and be called to Ontario bar;
- Pertinent strong family law experience advising on a range of related matters (multiple roles available at varying levels of experience);
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage well with clients;
- Able to work independently and within a team; and
- ADR or mediation experience in family law matters and French skills are considered an asset.
