This leading National law firm is looking to add a Real Estate Lawyer with (4-6 Years of Experience) to join their Vancouver office's robust and busy Real Estate Law Group.The firm and group offer a range of real estate services including development; acquisitions & dispositions, commercial lending, leasing, financing and conveyancing, boasting a roster of reputable clients.

Responsibilities:
As an integral part of the Real Estate Group, the Commercial Real Estate Associate will work alongside senior practitioners and have the opportunity to work on a variety of real estate matters which may include: Real estate Acquisitions and Dispositions, Financings, Commercial real estate development.
You will have the opportunity to advise some of Canada's largest real developers, real estate advisers, banks, pension funds, insurance companies, REITs, commercial property owners and occupiers, governments, hotel owners and operators on:
- Real estate requirements, Ownerships, Investments and transaction structuring;
- Acquisition and Disposition of various classes of real property assets,
- Financing,
- Cross border investments.
- Leasing and asset management.
- Construction and development agreements, and
- Infrastructure projects.
The successful candidate will:
- Have an LL.B/J.D. and be a member of good standing of the Bar of British Columbia Bar
- Have a minimum of 4-6 years of commercial real estate with experience in acquisitions, dispositions and drafting of commercial real property, gained in a leading law firm or real estate law boutique.
- Have excellent academics.
- Have excellent writing and communication skills.
